After watching Doctor Who: Twice Upon A Time in 4K ahead of Series 11's premiere, does Doctor Who's first 4K release offer a substantial enough upgrade from the regular Blu-ray release? Or does it manage to become a downgrade in some areas? Watch my thoughts to find out!
As mentioned in the video, this 4K presentation is an upscale / upconvert of the 1080p episode, but it's not without its' advantages.
